In a bid to provide space for off-site biodiversity net gain, Horsham District Council have launched a call for sites to find land that may be available for this purpose.
They are looking for parcels of land that can be used to deliver biodiversity net gain (BNG) for at least 30 years.
Development will be required by law to deliver 10% biodiversity net gain from November 2023, and using your land (which may have little/no development potential) for this purpose could yield financial returns.
