We are proud to say that Squires Planning have got another plan over the line!

The Steyning Neighbourhood Plan passed referendum on 14th July 2022 and was made at Horsham Full Council on 7th September 2022.  Horsham District Council have now confirmed that the plan will carry full statutory weight in accordance with Regulation 19 and 20 of Neighbourhood Planning Regulations General 2012 (as amended).  The plan is now part of the overall development plan for the district and will be used to help in the determination of planning applications in Horsham District and in the South Downs National Park Authority where applicable.
