Brighton & Hove City Council have announced that they will be undertaking a consultation on the Main Modifications of the Brighton & Hove City Plan Part 2. The consultation will run between the 17th March 2022 and the 5th May 2022.
The City Plan Part 2 will "support the implementation and delivery of the City Plan Part 1" which was adopted in 2016, through the allocation of additional development sites through numerous development management policies, up to 2030. Once adopted, it will form part of the statutory development plan for the city from which planning applications will be determined.
