Broxbourne Council are undertaking a Call for Sites. They are asking for landowners to put forward sites which will be considered for inclusion in the emerging Waltham Cross Area Action Plan and Town Centre Planning Framework for Waltham Cross. The Council hopes for these documents, when adopted, will bring forward co-ordinated and sustainable development across Waltham Cross. The Call for Sites will run from the 1st of March 2022 to the 31st December 2022.

A Call for Sites is a great way to promote your site for development and increase your chances of gaining the necessary interest that can be difficult to generate on your own.
